Blue Raven Business Solutions was developed to assist organisations of all sizes who need to outsource.

It was built upon an ethos that businesses do not need to employ for tasks to be fulfilled, or goals achieved, whether that is due to being a SME, having one-off tasks, requiring holiday or sickness cover or simply a fixed period increase in workload.

We offer a bespoke service where we can attend your premises, work virtually or adopt a hybrid approach.

Blue Raven works transparently and collaboratively, listening to your needs, meeting these requirements and enhancing your opportunities.

Meet the Team

Blue Raven Business Solutions staff use their expertise in their various fields to ensure that you get the best service possible for your business.

The team consists of two highly skilled and experienced Directors, Rachel and Sam.

Director

Rachel Mann

Rachel is an experienced Business Owner and HR professional with personal experience of launching and developing three successful businesses. Rachel’s career in HR began in retail and her expertise covers the whole employee lifecycle spectrum from recruitment to redundancy. Rachel also has experience of delivering business change programmes and generalist HR services, as well as leading an Area HR Team.

Rachel specialises in delivering proactive HR services that support leaders with their strategic planning, developing their people policies, alongside providing regular or ad hoc advice tailored to the individual company needs.

Rachel is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD qualified) and this membership provides clients with the confidence that they are working with a professional consultancy that can offer expert HR advice.

Director

Sam Summerton

Sam has worked extensively as a manager within a variety of organisations, including child care, health and education and within both the private and public sectors.

Sam has developed her skills to be able to work collaboratively with organisations to enhance their processes, develop their strategic plans and allow Directors and business owners the time to focus their energies elsewhere in their businesses.

Sam has qualifications in a range of areas including Statistics, Business Management and proof reading, and has vast experience in undertaking all business management functions including recruitment, business service audits, data analysis, bank reconciliation, invoicing and VA duties.

Blue Raven are able to offer bespoke HR Services to you and your organisation to meet your unique needs.

We offer services which encompass the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention, organisational policies to redundancy.

Blue Raven can help you with one off strategic goals, or undertake weekly consultancy, also offering a retained HR service.

Business Management Services

Blue Raven can undertake service audits within your organisation to analyse your business processes, highlight shortfalls and make recommendations to improve information flows.

We are able to provide a wide range of day-to-day business services, including VA tasks, bank reconciliation, invoicing and chasing debtors, allowing you to focus your expertise in your business.

Specialist Services

Blue Raven can assist your organisation by providing Business Project Support for any sized organisations, including SME's. This can be to lead or assist with smaller projects that you wish to outsource.

We can tailor specific support packages for all sized business, even if it is only a few hours a week support you require. Examples of this can be new opening, closures, redundancy or expansion activities.
