Rachel has 25 years' experience shaping HR strategy across a broad range of organisations. Her career spans recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and strategic HR business partnering - giving her a well-rounded perspective on the people challenges businesses face.
Building from hands-on expertise in talent acquisition and personnel management, Rachel progressed into senior HR roles partnering with leaders across multiple regions, aligning people strategies with organisational goals and driving meaningful change.
Over the last decade she has combined this HR knowledge with entrepreneurial experience, having started and grown multiple businesses. This blend of strategic insight and real-world acumen allows her to work as a true partner to business owners and CEOs to deliver measurable outcomes that drive lasting growth.
