THE CHALLENGE

Across education, professional services, and industrial settings, the organisations we work with have typically built their HR policies over time - alongside the business. We reviewed and enhanced existing materials, building fully bespoke employee handbooks and individual policies around each organisation's specific operations - not a generic template. That meant aligning policies with the realities of the business while introducing a consistent framework across employee relations, compliance, and manager guidance, all current with legislation and ACAS best practice.

THE RESULT
